(Lost?) In Transit (2024)

Interactive RFID-based electronic installation
I collaborated with two other student artists to conceptualise and create (Lost?) In Transit, a work representing the gaps and imbalances present in global extraction/production processes through sonic experience. As each user interacts with the interface, symbolising our everyday complicitness in global capitalist flows through our engagement with the systems around us, they contribute to a rising tension that eventually leads to a dramatic rupture in the form of a balloon bursting. I worked with Arduino to connect an interactive RFID-based interface wirelessly with three motors. We collaboratively set up and executed the installation.
